SUPPORT & TRAINING


We provide 2nd line support for our solutions once in Production. Each support agreement is individually tailored to the needs of our customers and in agreement with product vendors and other relevant partners.

For our hosted solutions, there is a support agreement in place which gives our customers confidence and peace of mind. We build long term relationships based on trust and partnership with our customers.

When we deliver a solution, part of the package includes delivering 'train the trainer' training for nominated super users and system administrators, to empower them to dispense the required training across the organisation.

We also provide training on request subject to agreement with the customer.
